Hello everyone! This is Junko Tanaka.
Until a few years ago, I suffered from chronic headaches and back pain, which often made me irritable and pessimistic.
In the midst of all this, after learning about Basic Breathing® and practicing it for about a year, I noticed that my physical and mental health improved and I was feeling less unwell. With the desire to spread the importance of breathing, I decided to become a certified breathing trainer!
I now practice Basic Breathing® before meditating, which I have always done in the morning and evening, and I feel refreshed every day. Now that I'm over 60, I have some worries about my health, my future, and my relationships with my family, but I want to regulate my breathing and live each day with a smile.
In this seminar, you will experience breathing and meditation that will help you release your stress and busyness from everyday life and relax your mind and body based on science. Let's create a day where you can clear your mind and smile through deep breathing!
