Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, the following cancellation fees apply. Please contact us early on weekends and holidays to accommodate venue arrangements with guesthouse reservations. ・Cancellation up to 10 days in advance: Free ・Cancellation 9-4 days in advance: 30% ・Cancellation 3 days in advance: 50% ・Cancellation 2 days to the day before: 80% ・Cancellation on the day or without notice: 100% *In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather or illness, we are flexible and will accommodate schedule changes. Please feel free to contact us. *For in-person services, payment is accepted on the day of the appointment. However, in accordance with our cancellation policy, cancellations on the day of the appointment or without notice will incur a cancellation fee. Please note.
