Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
Please contact us early on weekends and public holidays as we need to coordinate with guesthouse reservations and venue arrangements.

  • Cancellation up to 10 days in advance: Free

  • Cancellation between 9 and 4 days in advance: 30%

  • Cancellation 3 days before: 50%

  • Cancellation between 2 days before and the day before: 80%

  • Cancellation on the day or without notice: 100%

Cancellations can be made here.

If there are unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather or poor health, we will be flexible and accommodate changes to the schedule. Please feel free to contact us.

*For face-to-face services, we accept payment on the day, but please note that in accordance with our cancellation policy, if you cancel on the day or without notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
